Baked Ham with Seville Orange Marmalade & Mustard Glaze

Try this wonderful sweet tart glaze on your next ham.

1/3 cup Dijon mustard (if you don’t like Dijon use regular Ball park mustard)

1/4 cup of de la Bouche Seville Orange Marmalade

1/4 cup of good brown sugar

2 Tbsps of bourbon, dark rum or brandy

White Chocolate and Raspberry Jam Desert

8 oz of white chocolate, melted
Blend together in the food processor with:
juice from one fresh lemon
1 tsp of good vanilla
